Job Summary
ERP Ownership and Support for a manufacturing environment. Serve as the primary internal resource for ERP-related support, coordination, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity. Drive process improvement and standardization across departments, coordinate system integrations with external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, TMS), develop and maintain dashboards and reports using ERP, Excel, SQL, and Power BI, and support cloud migration and system modernization efforts. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Shipping, Accounting, and Leadership to improve operational visibility, reduce manual data entry, and enhance reporting capabilities. Create and maintain SOPs and user guides, train users, track ERP-related projects, and prioritize initiatives to enable scalable operational growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of ERP experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Experience supporting business processes, reporting, and workflow improvements
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to learn systems quickly and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
