ERP & Business Systems Manager

Job Summary
Lead ERP administration and governance across ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and NetSuite) as the primary business systems leader for AccuWeather’s Finance team. Own ERP-related processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and financial reporting; drive configuration, optimization, governance, and vendor support. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, HR, and other departments to ensure ERP functionality meets current and future needs; oversee issue resolution, upgrades, enhancements, and documentation. Build and maintain ERP standards, documentation, controls, workflows, and governance procedures; evaluate and implement new business applications, automate workflows, enable data flow across platforms, and advance data governance. Lead training, change management, and user adoption; produce dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to inform decision-making and identify risks and opportunities across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in ERP administration, business systems management, business applications, or related IT/business systems roles
- Experience administering or supporting ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Procurement, Sales, HR, and Reporting
- Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or post-implementation optimization initiatives
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Experience with system integrations, workflow automation, reporting tools, dashboards, permissions, roles, and data governance
- Strong analytical skills with a process improvement and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a commitment to operational excellence
