Job Summary
ERP Business Process Manager to govern SAP master data across PP, MM, and QM for Airbus U.S. Space & Defense Final Assembly Line; serve as the SAP process expert, monitor cross-functional processes in real time, resolve blocking points, automate ERP workflows with the SAP technical team, and train stakeholders to ensure compliant plant execution. Responsibilities include designing and delivering end-user training, creating process documentation and How-To guides (Visio), maintaining data integrity, monitoring material master data and new material creation, and driving continuous improvement and automation of ERP processes in collaboration with the SAP team. Requires deep SAP experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and willingness for travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience (typically 3-5 years of direct SAP master data experience in a regulated manufacturing environment)
- Preferred: APICS CPIM certification
- Core SAP ERP expertise (PP, MM, QM)
- Experience with SAP master data structure
- Advanced Excel proficiency (data parsing, lookups, macros)
- Experience in manufacturing data governance and process control documentation (Visio)
- 6+ years SAP ERP experience in production environment
- 3-5 years dedicated master data management experience in SAP in high-tech manufacturing
- Experience documenting processes and creating end-user training materials
Additional Requirements
- Must be a U.S. person under ITAR regulations
