Job Summary

ERP Business Analyst role onsite in Portsmouth, VA, focusing on ERP system analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and change management. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, liaising between technical teams and business stakeholders, documenting requirements and process maps, evaluating system performance, leading continuous process improvement, developing change strategies and governance, facilitating meetings and workshops, delivering Lean Six Sigma capabilities, supporting data-driven solutions, and contributing to project planning, analytics, dashboards, and user assessments. Requires collaboration with Data Architects and Software Engineers, and a Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years of experience in process improvement; security clearance is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in process improvement, including data gathering, analysis, change management, process implementation and evaluation activities
  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt or Green Belt Certification, or equivalent process improvement certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Additional Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship and an Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
