Job Summary
Develop and produce high-quality requirement specifications and functional designs while working with end users and IT teams to validate needs. Act as a liaison between business leaders and technical teams to gather project requirements, identify opportunities, and lead implementation efforts that optimize cost structure and process efficiency. Write and execute thorough functional test plans to ensure system changes work properly, then deliver hands-on training to new users and conversion teams prior to go-live. Support ERP operational break/fix issues, reporting needs, and customer problems, providing innovative alternative solutions to application challenges. After hours availability and occasional travel are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university
- 3-5 years' experience in an industrial distribution or manufacturing environment
- 3-5 Years in a Business Analyst Role with functional experience using Infor SX.e ERP system
- Experience with Infor SX.e, TREND, Lawson, or Eclipse
- Experience in developing detailed business requirements/needs analysis/gap analysis
- Proven success in ERP implementations, upgrades, maintenance and/or daily ERP support
- experience with data query tools such as Pro2SQL
- Knowledge of business process flows in an ERP system

Desired Qualifications

- 3-5 Years in a Business Analyst Role with functional experience using Infor SX.e ERP system; experience with implementations and customizations strongly recommended
- Experience with Infor SX.e (highly desired), TREND, Lawson, or Eclipse
- Experience in developing detailed business requirements/needs analysis/gap analysis
- Proven success in ERP implementations, upgrades, maintenance and/or daily ERP support as well as experience with data query tools such as Pro2SQL
- Knowledge of ERP system configuration and security is preferred
