Job Summary
ERP Business Analyst to join our IT team in Vancouver, supporting end-to-end ERP solutions across production, distribution, retail, finance, and corporate functions. Responsibilities include leading business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, data mapping, and evaluating integration impacts; collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors; driving backlog definition and delivery alignment; leading testing activities and documentation; and enabling measurable performance improvements. Preference given to experience with INFOR CSI/Syteline and familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and SaaS platforms. This role requires a university degree (or equivalent) and 7+ years in manufacturing/retail ERP environments, with in-office work at least 3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business System Analyst, or similar role within a manufacturing and retail environment
- Extensive end-to-end ERP experience across manufacturing-to-retail lifecycle processes
- Strong understanding of ERP data flows and system-to-system dependencies
- Experience with leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or major business transformation initiatives
- Experience owning, managing, and prioritizing backlogs in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- Strong experience facilitating cross-functional discussions and aligning business and technical stakeholders in complex environments
- The ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications
- Experience with leading end-to-end validation, including test planning and execution
