Job Summary
ERP Business Analyst will bridge business requirements and IT delivery across Production control, Asset management, Quality management, and Master planning within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and related systems. Responsibilities include acting as a technical SME liaison, partnering with plants to ensure consistent asset and maintenance data, configuring and supporting ERP modules, ensuring accurate data exchanges between D365 F&O and other systems, leading project documentation and end-user testing, and driving process improvements and automation. Candidates should have strong ERP domain knowledge, experience with Dynaway asset management, and familiarity with SDLC and Agile/ticketing tools (e.g., ADO, Jira). Travel up to 10% and base pay ($90k-$110k) are noted; position located in Chicago, IL or other company locations.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent education and experience
- 2+ years hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- 5+ years demonstratable experience deploying and supporting ERP functionality in Asset management, Production Control, Quality management, and Master planning
- Experience with Dynaway asset management, including Dynaway mobile for D365 F&O strongly preferred
- Experience as a business SME or IT analyst for 1-2 full ERP deployment projects preferred
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and the ability to use Agile software development and/or ticket management systems (ADO, Jira) to track requirements and deliverables
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
