Job Summary
Epicor ERP Business Analyst/Developer responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing Epicor-based solutions (reports, dashboards, workflows), performing system testing, providing end-user support, and contributing to training and documentation. Role includes collaborating with stakeholders, documenting functional specifications, and staying current with Epicor enhancements while participating in system upgrades. Requires Epicor ERP expertise, SQL and reporting tool proficiency, and strong communication skills to enable effective end-user support and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience with Epicor ERP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Epicor Report Designer)
- Proficiency in Epicor’s Kinetic customization environment (e.g. Application Studio)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a help desk or technical support role is a plus
