Job Summary
Design robust Artworks solutions within complex, multi-solution contexts by establishing reference architectures, creating Conceptual/Logical Data Models, and managing Non-Functional Requirements. Act as the IT System Owner responsible for overall system integrity, operational continuity, and compliance with GxP, GDPR, FDA, and EMA regulations, overseeing Computer System Validation and audit readiness. Support fit-gap analysis, system configuration, testing, upgrades, and patch maintenance while coordinating technical tasks across functional IT teams. Formulate the Artworks product technology roadmap, manage technical debt, conduct feasibility studies, and perform external vendor assessments. Bridge the gap between IT, Business Process Owners, and Subject Matter Experts to drive alignment and mentor peers within the architecture community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Proven track record of designing business-driven solutions within complex ERP environments
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar role)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in labelling artworks management processes for pharmaceutical products/medical devices under GxP/CSV regulations
- Deep technical expertise in integration pathways, taxonomies, ontologies, enterprise architecture governance, and conducting technology/vendor evaluations
- Collaborative leader with strong ownership
- Sophisticated analytical thinking
- Exceptional stakeholder negotiation capabilities
- Agile mindset comfortable leading high-level business discussions
- Must be able to work in our offices on average two days per week
- Must be based in the ERP & Business Solutions division

- Enterprise middleware applications within multi-cultural, onsite-offshore delivery models
