Job Summary
Conduct first and second level support for ERP customers, monitor systems for errors and optimization potential, and perform system configuration including data migration. Execute independent problem-solving using Python code scripts, prepare and import data into customer databases, and run system tests and bug fixes. Collaborate with project management and development teams on customer projects to fulfill requirements for the Open-Source ERP system Odoo. This role involves working with state-of-the-art software in the logistics sector within a flat hierarchy structure.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich Application Management bzw. Support (mit ERP-Systemen von Vorteil)
- Grundkenntnisse in objektorientierter Programmierung für einfache Scripts – wir arbeiten mit Python
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Version-Control-Systemen (z. B. git)
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit Kundenkontakt von Vorteil
- Interesse an der Architektur von IT-Infrastruktur und ERP-Softwarelösungen (optimalerweise: Odoo)
