ERP Analyst

Job Summary

Analyze complex business issues and collaborate with business personnel and IT teams to design, develop, test, and deliver innovative technology solutions for the Enterprising Resource Planning System. Provide technical assistance by identifying and evaluating issues, diagnosing ERP functionality problems, and logging support cases with vendors. Develop new functional requirements, document business needs, perform proofs of concept, and create cost-effective system specifications. Assist in report design, data analysis, and user training while leading meetings to discuss dependencies and facilitate post-implementation revisions. Work with partners and vendors to address system availability and deliver solutions in compliance with department standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in working with Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Experience with system development life cycle
  • Expertise in Lease Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Accounts Payable
  • Global implementation experience
  • Must have 3 years' experience working on ERP system
  • Bachelor's in system management or accounting or a related field
  • 8+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Travel as needed to PRG Locations
  • Must be able to communicate effectively by listening and in both written and verbal forms
  • This is a safety sensitive position and will require pre-employment drug screening
  • PRG is a drug-free work environment, pre-employment testing will be required
  • Production Resource Group LLC participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Experience in ERP configuration and post-production support
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Business experience and ability to effectively interact and communicate with individuals
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships
  • Demonstrate fluency with accounting policies including US GAAP
  • Ability to work at both a conceptual and detail level
  • Must be efficient and effective working both independently and as part of a team
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting across systems
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and guide others to use best business practice solutions within the constraints of the applications capability
  • Understanding of IT & Organizational change management principles to help manage the impact of changes on the business
