Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Support, configure, maintain, and optimize D365 F&O modules while managing incidents, service requests, and enhancements. Work closely with functional departments to identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with development teams and external vendors on implementation, testing, and deployment activities. Design integration plans between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. Create system documentation and provide end-user training. Stay current with Microsoft technology trends, including AI agents and intelligent agents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience supporting ERP environments in medium to large organizations
- Proven experience participating in ERP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects
- Experience working with cross-functional business teams and external vendors
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience with ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, or Operations
- Knowledge of system integration architectures and technologies
- Experience integrating D365 F&O with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, or similar technologies
- Understanding of IT Service Management and support processes
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (or equivalent Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification)
- English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, or Operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Additional Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, or Integration Services
- Knowledge of AI Agents, Copilot technologies, and Generative AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Understanding of how AI-driven solutions can enhance business processes, ERP operations, and user productivity
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI capabilities, or Azure AI services
- Additional languages
