Job Summary
The ERP Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing the company’s ERP system in alignment with business operations and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include serving as the functional SME for Pentagon 2000SQL, driving the development of ERP-enabled business processes, analyzing system capabilities, improving workflows, executing functional testing, maintaining user training and documentation, and providing Tier 2/3 support for ERP-related issues. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong analytical skills, with preferred experience in SQL and ERP functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience of creative problem solving with complex business process issues
- Experience providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to lead change management efforts in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to maintain focus with positive energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in and foster a team-based environment
- Excellent problem identification, decision making and resolution abilities
- Experience supporting finance/project accounting, supply chain, or maintenance operations workflows
- Experience in government contracting environment
- Experience with project-based accounting and contract billing
Desired Qualifications
- SQL experience preferred
- 3+ years of ERP functional experience preferred
- Pentagon 2000 experience preferred
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, ISO 9001 or AS9100 preferred
