Job Summary
Analyze client needs to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting and implement software solutions while providing training for seamless integration. Support clients in achieving strategic objectives by leveraging broad software knowledge and apply analytical reasoning to discern patterns and inform insights. Collaborate with team members to adapt to varying challenges, manage project delivery and resources, and participate in strategic planning and systems project management. Take ownership of tasks to consistently deliver quality work that drives value, while building a personal brand by navigating the firm and opening doors to opportunities. Engage in business transformation and technology integration initiatives to enhance client operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and backlog management
- Up to 60% travel

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
