Job Summary
ERP Admin, Manufacturing & Maintenance Functional Lead responsible for Oracle Fusion Manufacturing module ownership, MES integration, work definitions and execution, and maintenance (EAM) governance. Lead manufacturing-focused initiatives, including WIP cost accuracy, serialized assembly tracking, backflushing controls, and shop floor process alignment. Drive operational leadership with plant operations, partnering with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory to ensure seamless planning, sourcing, production, and fulfillment. Leverage Oracle Cloud’s AI/ML capabilities (predictive maintenance signals, production anomaly detection, intelligent scheduling) to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce downtime. Preferred qualifications include Oracle Cloud Certification, MES integrations, and aerospace manufacturing background. Knowledge of asset reliability principles. Location: Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years manufacturing systems experience
- Strong understanding of production control and WIP costing
- Experience with serialized manufacturing
- Oracle Fusion Manufacturing experience
