ERP Admin, Finance & Project Functional Lead (R5061)

Lead Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Cost Accounting, Project Portfolio Management, and Revenue Management) and manage government and compliance responsibilities. Drive financial process design, quarterly update impact analyses, and partner with Finance leadership during closes; define and validate UAT scenarios and identify/remediate system control gaps. Leverage Oracle Cloud’s embedded AI/ML capabilities to enhance business processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and drive operational efficiency. Required qualifications include 8+ years of ERP financial systems experience, deep cost accounting/project accounting knowledge, experience in government contracting or regulated manufacturing, and hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials experience. Preferred qualifications include DCAA audit exposure, CPA or equivalent certification, ASC 606 revenue recognition experience, and Oracle Cloud Certification. The role emphasizes operational leadership, successful close cycles, clean audits, and scalable cost/project accounting for a manufacturing/government context. Location noted: San Diego, California.
