Job Summary
Conduct individual nutritional consultations and guide patients toward their health goals while developing evidence-based dietary recommendations for the German market. Create high-quality content including guides, meal plans, recipes, and video tutorials to educate patients and support long-term adherence. Collaborate closely with product, medical, and marketing teams to build innovative treatment pathways focused on weight management and metabolic health. Establish and evolve the patient counseling program, deriving insights to continuously improve the offering. Lead the strategic expansion of this department with the potential to build and manage a dedicated team.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ernährungswissenschaften, Ökotrophologie oder Diätetik bzw. eine vergleichbare anerkannte Qualifikation als Ernährungsberater:in oder Diätassistent:in
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der individuellen Beratung von Patient:innen oder Klient:innen, idealerweise im klinischen Umfeld oder im Bereich Digital Health
- Erfahrung im Bereich Gewichtsmanagement, Adipositas oder Stoffwechselgesundheit
- Erfahrung in einem digitalen Gesundheitsunternehmen, einer D2C-Umgebung oder einem appbasierten Gesundheitsangebot
- Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten vor der Kamera sowie die Fähigkeit, ernährungswissenschaftliche Inhalte verständlich und ansprechend zu vermitteln
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit Freude daran, neue Prozesse und Angebote aufzubauen
- Leidenschaft für evidenzbasierte Ernährung und den Wunsch, die Gesundheit von Patient:innen nachhaltig zu verbessern
