Job Summary
Electrical Risk Management (ERM) Technicians are responsible for infrared testing, NFPA 70E audits, service installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings. Key responsibilities include installing and maintaining electrical systems compliant with the National Electric Code, developing customer relationships, following workplace safety procedures, providing thermal imaging services, and participating in toolbox talks and safety audits. The role requires effective customer relations and teamwork to maintain a safe working environment. Travel commitment is 40-70%, and the work schedule typically falls between 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential variations.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
