Job Summary
ERM Senior Associate, Project Management responsible for developing and managing project plans, tracking progress to milestones, managing dependencies across efforts, leveraging problem solving skills to support timely delivery to intent, maintaining supporting documentation, and providing status reporting. The role requires partnering with risk program and practice owners, stakeholders and the risk community across the enterprise; coordinating with internal projects and enterprise-wide risk management methodology and process integrations; building agendas and materials; engaging with and supporting audits and regulatory exams; and supporting special projects as needed. Ideal candidate has proven project or process management experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of Project Management experience
- At least 1 year of process, risk management, or audit experience
- At least 1 year of experience with project management tools and techniques (RAID, Waterfall, Agile)
