Job Summary
Account Coordinator supporting Regional Sales with administrative and operational tasks across customer accounts, promotional activities, and data management while acting as a key liaison between Sales, Customer Support, and Operations. You’ll help streamline processes, support product launches, ensure accuracy in CRM/ERP systems, and deliver excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include managing regional, independent, and specialty accounts remotely; coordinating quarterly promotional calendars and customer agreements; maintaining sales support files and tracking required tasks; resolving MAP pricing issues; coordinating new and updated product setup, tracking, and portal maintenance; distributing updated price lists and confirming customer receipt and acceptance; and supporting new product launches and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of sales support or customer service
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive problem-solver
