Retail Store Manager responsible for day-to-day store operations, achieving sales and production goals via strategic planning and budgeting; provides training, coaching, and support to team members; schedules staff; recruits and develops personnel; manages budgeting, inventory, pricing, and merchandising; supports donations development and marketing collaboration; maintains safe, clean store environment; partners with GoodWORKS Program Manager to provide training for clients; ensures performance through coaching, counseling, and timely evaluations; drives continuous improvement and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years prior retail experience
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Intermediate digital literacy
