Canvass neighborhoods identifying roof replacement needs and talk to homeowners face-to-face about Erie Home products. Schedule homeowners for free or no-obligation estimates while working toward weekly personal and team goals and bonuses. Earn a base hourly wage plus weekly bonuses and an uncapped commission plan with full-time hours, paid training, and transportation to the field.
