Job Summary
Attend pre-scheduled trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for the local sales team through product demonstrations and high-energy customer interactions. Exceed issued lead targets and goals while capturing show data using a smartphone for the company timekeeping application. Perform event setup and tear down, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Work weekends and maintain high energy while standing for extended periods, reporting to the Event Marketing Manager. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with compensation increases based on event performance.
