Job Summary

Install energy efficiency measures including attic insulation, caulking, lightbulbs, and electric water heaters to reduce consumer energy bills for utility and weatherization programs within a defined territory. Perform minor repairs to windows and doors, assist with loading and unloading work trucks, and ensure all installed measures comply with program guidelines. Maintain organized and safe job sites while managing customer site setup and tear-down. This safety-sensitive position requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and successful completion of a post-offer drug test and motor vehicle report check. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $17.75 to $25.05 per hour. Prior experience in residential construction is preferred, with training provided for the right candidate.
