Job Summary
ERI Special Education Teacher for Middle School with NJ-specific instructional-certification requirements. Responsibilities include implementing NJDOE standards, planning and delivering instruction tailored to students with disabilities, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with staff and families, and participating in professional development and committees; 10-month calendar, salary per GTEA contract, full-time benefits. Required Qualifications
- Special Education Certification is required.
- Holds or is eligible for a New Jersey Instructional Certificate with appropriate endorsement (e.g.: Elementary K-5 with Math/Language Arts Literacy/Science/Social Studies Specialization in grades 5-8; Teacher of Mathematics/Language Arts Literacy/Science/Social Studies; Teacher of Students with Disabilities or Teacher of the Handicapped)
