Conduct home interviews, simulations, and assessments to identify needs and define care objectives. Evaluate and stimulate the accompanied person's capabilities to maintain and develop autonomy at home. Advise users and their families on selecting appropriate technical aids, follow up on trials with suppliers, and teach their usage. Argue and negotiate necessary means for compensating activity limitations, while designing and recommending ergonomic adaptations for living and work environments. Accompany and advise employees on job adaptations and prevent work-related risks. Deliver internal training on equipment usage, proper handling practices, and safety gestures. Mobilize the aided person's capabilities during intervention situations to foster comfort, autonomy, and quality of life.
