Job Summary
Advise adults with physical, cognitive, or intellectual disabilities on mobility aids, daily living tools, and posture. Assess risks for falls or pressure sores, collaborate with caregivers and specialists on multidisciplinary meetings, and support ergo-coaches on various locations in the Zaanstreek and Kennemerland. Manage your own schedule with flexibility while maintaining regular team contact. Requires a driving license and car due to travel between sites; laptop and phone provided. Salary up to €5,200 gross monthly under the Disability Care CAO.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde opleiding Ergotherapie
- Registratie in het Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici, of de mogelijkheid om deze bij indiensttreding te regelen
- Ervaring met of affiniteit met mensen met een beperking, bij voorkeur binnen LG en/of NAH
- Bij voorkeur ervaring met een zorginformatiesysteem, zoals ZorgInfo
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken
- Je organiseert je werk gemakkelijk
- Je communiceert prettig met cliënten, collega's en samenwerkingspartners
- Je denkt graag mee
- Je neemt initiatief
- Je zet jouw vakkennis in om samen tot passende oplossingen te komen
- Beschikt over een rijbewijs en auto
