Ergotherapeut:in (m/w/d)

Conduct ergotherapeutic assessments and diagnostics, then plan, execute, and document individual therapy sessions tailored to patient needs. Create and adjust treatment plans based on medical prescriptions, while fostering motoric, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities. Provide counseling and guidance to family members and caregivers, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapeutic professionals. Prepare therapy reports and document treatment progress continuously. This role supports individuals of all ages in maintaining or regaining independence through targeted therapeutic measures within a motivated interdisciplinary team at a privately owned practice in Berlin.
