Ergonomics Specialist

Ergonomics Specialist to lead ergonomic and lift training programs, deliver hands-on simulations and movement coaching, conduct ergonomic assessments, and provide injury-prevention education for a major airline carrier at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Responsibilities include classroom and operational training, real-time coaching on proper body mechanics, ergonomic evaluations, development of safety recommendations, documentation, and reporting to leadership and client partners. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain), OSHA/worker’s compensation knowledge preferred, strong public-speaking and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
