Job Summary
Assist with lab testing, input quality specifications and batch data, and sample product quality. Load and unload trucks and railcars, conduct minor maintenance on pumps, racks, and mixers, and ensure facility housekeeping. Attend daily production, quality, and EHS meetings while utilizing safety checklists and required PPE. Communicate effectively with operators, management, trucking companies, and customers to meet needs. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, Monday through Sunday, lifting 50 pounds with assistance. Maintain current training and demonstrate proficiency in Excel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Basic math skills (e.g., add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to learn computer skills
- Able to lift 50 pounds with assistance and perform jobs that involve lifting, bending, climbing tanks and other structures
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work days and hours as scheduled, Monday through Sunday
- Outdoor work in all seasons
