Job Summary

Lead major infrastructure projects across construction, energy, and marine sectors, ensuring safety (HMS) is prioritized while delivering on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Build strong teams, foster positive relationships, and maintain full project oversight from initiation through completion. Manage direct dialogue with clients and partners to drive results and maintain high morale. Report to project managers or regional directors, with frequent on-site travel across the country. Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in the construction or building industry
Technical vocational school or higher education
Experience in the construction or building industry (solid experience)
Experience leading projects safely to completion on time, cost, and quality
Experience building strong teams, good relationships, and high morale in projects
Experience maintaining full overview and decision-making power throughout the project lifecycle
Experience in dialogue with customers and partners
Experience with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management
