Lead the full project lifecycle from development and planning through execution and closure for complex defense industry initiatives. Define project scope, milestones, and performance indicators while proactively identifying, analyzing, and managing risks. Act as the primary contact for customers, partners, and internal teams to drive effective stakeholder management and maintain long-term relationships. Report project status, risks, and progress to leadership and key stakeholders while optimizing processes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget. Requires a BSc or MSc in a technical field, relevant defense project leadership experience, and Swedish citizenship due to security clearance.
