Job Summary
Conduct deep analysis and structure of existing business processes at clients, identifying weaknesses, dependencies, and optimization potential. Model processes using BPMN and translate business requirements into structured decision frameworks. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and development teams to understand IT systems and technical constraints, actively supporting the evaluation of solution options and target architectures. Plan and facilitate workshops for remote and on-site stakeholders, moderating discussions and documenting results, decisions, and open points. Prepare complex content for presentations, decision documents, and whitepapers, ensuring high standards of clarity and structure. Actively utilize AI tools in daily work for analysis, structuring, and documentation, integrating them meaningfully into project workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Beratung oder beratungsnahen Rolle
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Prozessaufnahme und -strukturierung
- Arbeitserfahrung im IT-Umfeld mit Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
- Routine in strukturierten Darstellungen (z. B. BPMN)
- Eigene praktische Nutzung von KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, vielschichtige Probleme zu lösen sowie Prozessoptimierungen und Effizienzsteigerungen zu identifizieren
- Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder eine Qualifikation mit praktischer Erfahrung
- Reisebereitschaft
- Idealerweise kannst du 2 Mal pro Woche ohne Probleme in unser Office in Berlin oder Kamp-Lintfort kommen
