Job Summary
Support the Emergency Department in patient care tasks, patient interactions, supply stocking, and transportation of patients. Utilize clinical knowledge to assist with procedures, answer call lights, and work with peers while evaluating the criticality of patient needs. Maintain BCLS certification and possess superior customer relation skills. EMT licensure preferred. Requires minimum one-year emergency/urgent care experience or college education equivalent. All employees must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella, plus a flu vaccine during flu season.
Required Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess the ability to evaluate the criticality of patient needs
- Must possess superior customer relation skills
- Maintains BCLS certification
- Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella
- MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption
Desired Qualifications

- EMT licensure preferred
