ER Tech/Unit Clerk - Temporary

Conduct direct patient care activities under RN supervision, including performing EKGs, wound irrigation, dressing changes, and applying/removing casts and splints. Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer procedures while transporting patients, rounding on vital signs, and answering call bells. Manage clerical duties such as updating physician schedules, entering work orders, processing paperwork, and delivering samples to the lab. Back up registration staff by answering phones and directing patients at the front desk. Immediately report patient condition changes and document all interventions in the electronic health record. Maintain a clean environment and restock linens and supplies.
