ER Tech - Emergency Department - Full-Time, Mid Shift

Job Summary
Assists the nursing staff by performing selected nursing procedures and routine duties in caring for patients in the Emergency Department. Responsibilities may include a range of tasks as part of the ED team, with an average of about 50 visits daily. Requires a high school diploma or GED, BCLS within 1 month of employment, and EMT certification or comparable experience; computer skills are required. Department supports Chest Pain Center and Primary Stroke Center designations; the role supports clinical excellence, teamwork, and innovation. Shift is Mid Shift (11a–11p) on a Full-Time basis; prior ED experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- BCLS (must obtain within 1 month of employment)
- EMT certification or have comparable work experience as ER Tech or Nurse Assistant
- Computer skills
