ER RN Staff - Full Time, Nights

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, plan, direct, and evaluate individualized care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Initiate medication reconciliation across admission, transfer, and discharge processes while performing venipuncture and administering safe medications per hospital policy. Collaborate with the treatment team to maintain accurate interdisciplinary plans of care and provide patient education based on developmental factors. Document ongoing patient conditions, observations, and interventions while adhering to core measures and guidelines. Mentor staff and obtain additional education to expand scope of practice. Full-time night shift with BLS certification required before orientation concludes.
