ER RN Staff- Emergency Dept, Full Time, Nights

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, plan, direct, and evaluate individualized care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients during emergency department shifts. Initiate medication reconciliation across admission, transfer, and discharge processes while performing venipuncture and administering medications per hospital policy. Collaborate with the treatment team to maintain accurate interdisciplinary plans of care, provide patient education, and ensure a safe environment for all individuals. Adhere to core measures, guidelines, and policies to demonstrate problem-solving skills and maintain professional standards.
