ER RN (Registered Nurse) in Lake Geneva, WI - Contract

Travel ER RN provides high-quality emergency department care in a fast-paced environment; administers prescribed medications and treatments; performs assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care; develops and executes individualized patient care plans; collaborates with interdisciplinary team; participates in performance improvement activities and peer review; provides clinical expertise and guidance to other units; utilizes nursing process and critical thinking to ensure patient safety and experience; maintains licensure and certifications (WI RN licensure; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS; TNCC or TNS); requires 1 year of ER experience; 13-week travel contract; mid-shift with rotating weekends; benefits include lodging/meals reimbursement and licensure/certification reimbursement; Capstone Health support.
