ER RN (Fast Track) 0900-2100 shift

Triage safely, rapidly, and accurately every patient entering the emergency care system while determining priorities based on physical and psychosocial needs. Provide direct patient care, perform head-to-toe assessments, and monitor hemodynamic status to identify dysrhythmias. Communicate with physicians regarding patient status changes and diagnostic results, utilizing waived testing and maintaining accurate documentation. Respond quickly to condition changes, educate patients on pain management, and ensure equipment and supply stock are adequate. Mid-shift rotations from 0900-2100 with 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays.
