ER Registered Nurse (RN)

Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages while identifying expected outcomes and developing individualized care plans. Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs, and provide follow-up care instructions and referrals. Coordinate patient care with physicians and hospital departments to ensure timely, evidence-based interventions while maintaining safety and quality standards. Requires quick decision-making and multitasking in high-pressure situations. This role involves working in a high-energy Emergency Department in Ocala, FL, collaborating with a supportive team dedicated to excellent patient care. Positions are full-time with rotating day, night, or weekend shifts.
