ER Registered Nurse

Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room by applying advanced specialty clinical nursing knowledge. Proficiently document accurate medical records, observe patient signs and symptoms, and follow physician orders while maintaining privacy. Collect laboratory samples, perform testing under CLIA regulations, and adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques. Execute admission, discharge, and transfer procedures, assemble equipment for diagnostic treatments, and participate in quality assessment activities. Shifts are nights (7p-7a) in a 16-bed small-format hospital. Full-time employment includes night/weekend shift differentials, 401K match, and paid referrals. Requires Associate's Degree, current RN licensure, and 2+ years ER experience.
