ER Registered Nurse - FT Nights

Job Summary
Administer patient care and special procedures in the ER, including assessing clients, implementing plans of care, and distributing medications per facility policy. Respond to emergency situations, delegate tasks safely, and ensure documentation compliance while maintaining infection control standards. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, communicate with the healthcare team, and adapt quickly to stressful conditions involving trauma or illness. Maintain confidentiality, participate in performance improvement activities, and act as a preceptor when requested. Requires current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus two years of ER experience. Full-time night shift with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Current RN license issued by the State of Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Current BLS (or obtained within 30 day of hire)
- Current ACLS (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Current PALS (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Two (2) years of full-time RN experience in ER or other comparable experience
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Constant standing and walking is required
- Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and tugging is required
- Individual must have the physical strength and agility position patients for all evaluations and procedures
- HRSA - Nurse Corps eligible
- HRSA - STAR Program eligible
