ER Registered Nurse - FT Nights

Administer patient care and special procedures in the ER, contributing to assessments and developing individualized plans of care. Distribute and document medications, including narcotics, while responding to emergency situations and observing patient changes to report to physicians. Delegate tasks to CNAs and LPNs, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure infection control practices are followed. Provide clinical supervision and act as a preceptor when requested. Maintain confidentiality and adapt quickly in stressful situations involving trauma and illness. Requires current Oklahoma RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus two years of ER experience. Full-time night shift with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
