ER - Registered Nurse FT Nights

Provide professional nursing care to patients of all ages, including creating and maintaining accurate patient records, administering medications and monitoring for side effects, starting IVs, performing treatments and tests, and documenting care. Assess and respond to patient conditions, collaborate with the nursing team to develop a Plan of Care, supervise ancillary staff, and ensure care meets policy, regulatory, and safety standards. Requires RN licensure in Kansas, graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, and BLS (ACLS preferred); advanced degrees and acute care experience are valued. The role emphasizes patient assessment, clinical decision-making, communication with patients/families, and cross-training as needed.
