ER Registered Nurse/ER RN (Part-Time/Swing Shift)

Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room while prioritizing age-specific and developmentally appropriate interventions. Document accurate, concise, and legible medical records; observe and record physiological signs, symptoms, and behaviors. Collect laboratory samples and perform testing per COLA and CLIA regulations, adhering to infection control, isolation, and aseptic techniques. Execute admission, discharge, and transfer procedures; assemble equipment and supplies for diagnostic or treatment procedures. Participate in quality assessment activities and attend required staff meetings. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality throughout all interactions.
