ER Registered Nurse

Provide age-specific, priority-focused nursing care in the Emergency Room, applying advanced clinical knowledge to assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of medical records, observe and record signs and symptoms, follow physician orders, collect laboratory samples, and perform lab testing per established policies and regulations. Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques, manage admissions, discharges, and transfers, and assemble equipment for diagnostic or treatment procedures. Participate in quality assessment, collaborate with the healthcare team, attend required meetings, and uphold patient privacy and confidentiality throughout all care activities. Shift: Nights (7p-7a). 2+ years ER or equivalent experience; Associate’s Degree required; BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required.
