ER Registered Nurse

Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room by applying advanced clinical nursing knowledge. Observe and record physiological status, collect laboratory samples, and perform or assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures while adhering to infection control and aseptic techniques. Provide proficient, age-specific nursing care, manage admission, discharge, and transfer procedures, and maintain accurate medical record documentation. Follow physician orders, ensure patient privacy, and participate in quality assessment activities and staff meetings. Requires 2+ years of ER experience, current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and an Associate's Degree. Full-time night shift (7 PM–7 AM) at a small-format hospital with flexible scheduling and 401K match.
