Job Summary
Conduct emergency care for approximately 60,000 annual patient visits in a high-acuity department supported by advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and intensivists. Manage clinical duties while maintaining ABEM board certification eligibility and Alabama medical licensure. Work an average of 14 shifts monthly with a base rate of $220/hour, earning $240/hour on nights. New graduates are welcome to apply. This role offers up to $100,000 in sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, and employer-funded retirement.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Emergency Medicine residency trained
- ABEM or AOBEM Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
