Job Summary
Conduct clinical pharmacy services and support distributive pharmacy operations to ensure safe, cost-effective drug therapies for all patient age groups. Process orders, dispense medications per established protocols, and facilitate the development of clinical and distributive processes. Participate in departmental targeted clinical programs, contribute to educational goals, and assist with ACGME accreditation reporting. Maintain licensure with the OK State Board of Pharmacy and achieve ASHP-endorsed PGY1 residency preceptorship. Work weekday evenings and nights with applicable differentials, earning up to $81.87/hr. A $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharm D degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Required licensure as a pharmacist and in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy
- Required to maintain preceptor license through the OK State Board of Pharmacy upon hire
- Required to achieve/maintain ASHP-endorsed PGY1 residency program preceptorship upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent, but not required
- Preferred clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
- Strongly encouraged to achieve/maintain board-certification in related practice area
